Choose 1 or 3 years of Dell warranty when you order, depending on the model. Basic Onsite covers hardware during business hours, and ProSupport adds 24x7 access to Dell engineers.
Support process
Call or email Advantt first. We check the fault, open the warranty claim with Dell for you and follow it until the part is replaced or the unit is repaired.
Delivery
Delivered to your office anywhere in Peninsular Malaysia, with Sabah and Sarawak on request. We confirm the delivery date with your quote.
