Microsoft 365 already filters spam. Why add SpamExperts?
Microsoft 365 includes built-in protection. SpamExperts adds an independent layer in front of it with its own detection and quarantine, so a threat has to get past two different filters before it reaches your staff.
Will we lose email during the switch?
No. The switch is a change to your MX records, made outside working hours, and mail keeps flowing while it takes effect.
Can users release their own quarantined email?
Yes, if you want them to. Users can release messages from their quarantine reports, or release can be kept with your IT team.
Does it work with Google Workspace or our own Exchange server?
Yes. SpamExperts filters mail for any destination server, including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Exchange and hosted email.
